Mammadough
We’ve been with Jake and the Mammadough team from the second site in Brixton. Exoflue became part of the Mammadough concept from then on and throughout the rest of their roll out of various restaurants in and around London.
Our role was to install the flue extraction systems and advise on the best way to vent the extraction in the most efficient way.
